Prize Draw Terms

1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Open Hoods Australia (ABN 65 774 360 490), trading as WithProof, of Ultimo NSW 2007 (“the Promoter”). Contact: info@withproof.com.au.

2. How to enter

Entry is free. To enter, publish a car listing on withproof.com.au during the Entry Period. Each person receives one entry regardless of the number of listings they publish. Listings that are removed for breaching the site terms are not entries.

3. Entry Period

The Entry Period runs from 1 December 2026 to 11:59pm AEDT on Saturday 27 February 2027.

4. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Directors, partners, employees and contractors of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone listing a car on their behalf are not eligible.

5. Prize

The prize is one AUD $1,000 Visa gift card. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Gift card terms apply.

6. Draw

The draw will be held on Sunday 28 February 2027 at the Promoter’s premises. The winner is selected at random from all eligible entries. The Promoter’s decision is final.

7. Notification

The winner will be notified by email (and by SMS where a phone number was provided) within 2 business days of the draw. The winner’s first name and suburb will be published on withproof.com.au.

8. Unclaimed prize

If the winner has not claimed the prize within 28 days of notification, a redraw will be held on the next business day and the original winner forfeits the prize.

9. Changes to the promotion

The Promoter may cancel, suspend or vary the promotion if it cannot be conducted as planned for reasons beyond its control, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

10. Privacy

Entrant details are handled in accordance with the WithProof Privacy Policy and are used to run this promotion and the listing service.

11. Agreement

By entering, you agree to these terms and to the WithProof site terms.
